Whatever we do repeatedly, shapes us inevitably. 

For better or for worse, the things that become part of our regular experience of life, form us. It can be an idea, a habit, a diet, a routine, a preferred way to work, our instagram feed, our favorite podcast, or cable news channel, even our typical pathway through our neighborhood grocery store. Whether or not we want something to become part of who we are, if we encounter it enough, we will unavoidably become like it.
