MOTHER’S DAY
MOTHER’S DAY IS SUNDAY, MAY 11th
Our moms shower us with care and love each and every day and on Mother's Day, it's our turn to express our gratitude and appreciation. Join us on Mother's Day weekend as we take the time to honor, celebrate and say "Thank You" to the remarkable moms and mother figures in our lives.
MAKE THIS YEAR THE BEST MOTHER’S DAY YET
GIVE MOM THE DAY OFF
Our moms multitask and manage all of our schedules on a daily basis. Today, give your mom permission to take the day off. The laundry can wait until tomorrow. The to do list can wait until tomorrow. Remind her she deserves to rest today!
WRITE A CARD
It always is nice to be reminded how appreciated and loved you are. Write mom a card she can read over and over again when she needs to be reminded of these things.
GET DRESSED UP
Put on that outfit your mom loves! Today is for thanking, honoring, and reminding our moms how much we love them, so dress your best for your mom today.
MAKE BREAKFAST
Moms cook every day for us, and while many of our moms LOVE to cook, cooking for your mom is a great way to be honored and cared for her.
TAKE A FAMILY PHOTO
Mother’s Day is a great opportunity to make memories. Help mom document this Mother’s Day with a photo in the backyard, front yard, or even in front of the front door so she can look back and remember this great day!
DO THE DISHES
Our moms do dishes all day long. Even if she offers, do the dishes for her to thank her!
KEEP THE CELEBRATION GOING
Surprise Mom with affirmations and reminders how awesome she is throughout the house. Write them out and hide them in places mom will find. A few ideas to get you started: Hide them in her makeup drawer or bag, next to the laundry detergent, in the fridge, next to the coffee maker, in her sock drawer, or on her seat in the car.
