At Harbor Point, transformational community happens in Life Groups—and every Life Group begins with Rooted.
Rooted is a 10-week journey designed to help you connect more deeply with God, the church, and your purpose. In a group of 10–15 people, you’ll dive into Scripture, share stories, pray together, serve others, and discover rhythms that lead to a thriving spiritual life.

Thousands have already experienced Rooted, and God continues to use it to bring about real and lasting change. No matter your life stage or where you are in your faith journey, Rooted is for you.

  • Rooted is a 10-week catalyst for life change and the foundation for Life Groups at Harbor Point Church. Through thought-provoking discussions, group experiences, and personal reflection, Rooted helps you discover your story within God’s story and connect more deeply with Him and others.

  • Rooted is the starting point for all Life Groups at Harbor Point. During the 10 weeks, you’ll experience the rhythm and values of biblical community—learning, praying, sharing, and serving together, just like the early church in Acts 2.
    At the end of the session, your Rooted group becomes your Life Group, giving everyone a shared foundation and strong sense of connection from day one.

  • Registration is simple! Once registration opens for the next session, select your Attendee Type and follow the prompts.
    Your registration fee covers your Rooted book and two meals. After you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know before your first meeting.

  • Yes! If you’d like to join Rooted with friends or family, simply list their names in the section that asks if you have a group request when you register. You can request to be with a few friends or even form a full group with people you already know.

  • All Rooted groups meet on campus at Harbor Point Church, typically in one of our Worship Center Kids classrooms.

  • Yes!

    • Wednesday nights: Childcare is available for children ages 0 through 5th grade for a one-time fee of $110 per family for the full 10 weeks. After registering for Rooted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to register for childcare.

    • Sunday mornings: Childcare is complimentary.

  • If you miss Week 1, your leader will contact you, and you can still join your group. However, for the best experience, we recommend missing no more than two sessions. Each week builds upon the last, and being fully engaged makes a big difference.
    If you already know you’ll miss more than two weeks, we ask that you wait and join the next Rooted session.

  • Our Rooted team prayerfully places participants into groups of about 10–15 people, based on season of life, availability, and group requests. Each group is thoughtfully created to help you connect in meaningful ways and have the best possible experience.

  • If registration is closed, hang tight—Rooted is offered three times a year, so another session will open soon! Check back for upcoming dates and registration details.
