Harbor Point is growing faster than our parking lot — and that’s a great problem to have. Every weekend, services and parking are at capacity, and we’re seeing new people turn away before ever getting into the building. Beginning February 1, our Sunday morning services will shift to 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00am. This small adjustment creates more space, reduces parking stress, and helps us welcome more families, young adults, and guests who are hungry to hear about Jesus. More space means more people meet Jesus — and every seat we make available is an opportunity for someone new to encounter Christ.
Thank you for embracing this change with excitement and vision, because your flexibility helps make room for those who aren’t here yet.
FAQs

Beginning February 1, our morning services will be:
8:00 AM
9:30 AM
11:00 AM
We’ll continue with our Saturday and Sunday at 5:00 PM services as well.
-
Because God is growing our church! The 10:00 service is consistently maxed out and parking is at capacity. We’re shifting times to better distribute attendance across all three services and create more space for new people to join us.
-
This change helps with:
Parking availability
Seating capacity
Guest experience
Less crowding means guests actually want to return — and that’s a win for the gospel.
-
We believe the first step is to better balance the services we already have. If growth continues, adding more services (including Saturday options) may be our next step — but this change is what we need right now.
-
Parking is part of it, but it’s bigger than that:
Every spot and every seat we free up is an opportunity for someone new to encounter Christ. We’ve actually turned people away because they couldn’t find parking. We never want to do that.
-
We’ve heard from many young families that their kids are already up early — an earlier service may actually help them! And just a 30-minute adjustment can make room for a family who couldn’t attend last week.
-
We get it — change is hard. But this is about mission.
A small sacrifice (30 minutes earlier) may mean someone else hears the gospel. We’re not changing times to inconvenience people; we’re changing times to include more people.
-
Yes, teams will redistribute to serve across all three morning times. High school students will now attend the 11:00 service, and Sunday at 5:00pm remains a great connection point.
Every child at every service will continue to receive the same excellent care and teaching.

February 1.
We’re making the switch together as a church family, and we can’t wait to see the impact.
